What is Henna?
Henna is a shrub from the plant Lawsonia Inermis. It holds a red dye that stains on any surface it comes in contact with.
Can henna be used for hair?
Yes. Henna has been to nourish and dye hair. Henna is 100% natural hair dye. It also works as a very good conditioner. The dyed hair with henna gives a red to brown color tone depending on your original/natural hair color. We recommend that you first perform a strand test before you apply it on the entire head.
Why strand test necessary?
A strand test will tell you two critical things:
Whether you will like the final color, and
How long to leave henna applied on the hair in order to get that color.
What is henna Tattoo?
Henna is applied on the body to create temporary artistic designs like tattoo. This fun, quick & inexpensive "tattoo" like experience can provide the perfect accent for any occasion. We use all natural Henna and have a variety of simple or very intricate designs to chose from or bring in your own.
What is so special about henna tattoos?
They allow the user to enjoy a beautiful temporary henna tattoo without the needle pain and the permanence of a "real" tattoo. They are also relatively inexpensive to get.
How long will the henna tattoo last?
It will last anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks depending on your body temperature level, where the henna is applied, and how often you wash the hennaed area. The more you wash your henna tattoo the faster it will fade away. You can redo-it over to make it darker. However, the henna tattoo area won't take more than 4 to 5 times over. Nature's way to say enough!
